Due to the recent outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are adjusting our operations in a few ways to not only protect our employees, but to protect you as a customer.
All devices will be wiped down with isopropyl alcohol during repairs in order to sanitize them.
Technicians will increase the use of gloves and masks to avoid contact with devices during repairs.
Repair surfaces, counters, and door handles are being wiped down frequently with disinfectant
In addition to the measures being taken to protect the health and safety of our employees & customers, COVID-19 has had a major impact on our parts supply. Most parts are still available at our 2 Washington D.C. locations, but certain parts for less common repairs may be more difficult to obtain with the current situation. We are working around the clock to ensure that we can get as many parts in as we can, but some matters are out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
